"The Architecture of Light" The name Lume serves as the foundation for the design. The concept centers on the interplay between natural light and structural mass. By utilizing expansive floor-to-ceiling glass facades and strategic architectural voids, the design allows daylight to act as a dynamic material that transforms the interior mood throughout the day. It is a celebration of transparency, warmth, and modern minimalism.

The concept for Villa Seren is "Interlocking Serenity." The design is a study of geometric volumes shifting white planes and grey monolithic blocks that slide over one another. This creates a series of cantilevered overhangs that provide natural shading for the glass facades below. The "floating" upper floor is designed to maximize views of the surrounding greenery, effectively bringing the manicured landscape of Dubai Hills into the living spaces.

"The Infinite Loop" Inspired by the dynamic movement of the desert winds and the fluidity of Qatar’s coastline, The Shape represents continuous innovation. The building’s form is not just aesthetic; it is a functional gesture where the structure itself creates its own shading and outdoor terraces. By breaking away from the traditional vertical "box," we created a silhouette that shifts its profile from every angle, symbolizing a city that is always in motion.

"Structured Sophistication" The concept for Hammerson was to redefine the corporate environment by blending executive luxury with high-performance functionality. We moved away from the traditional "cold" office feel, instead using a palette of deep walnuts, brushed brass, and book-matched marble to create a space that feels more like a private members' club than a workspace. The lighting was engineered to highlight architectural lines while maintaining a warm, professional ambiance.
