The design centers on the "Digital Rhythm" concept, represented by the rhythmic, curved wooden slats that span the ceiling and walls. This biophilic element softens the high-tech environment while drawing visitors toward the main reception hub, crafted from seamless, polished stone and warm-toned integrated lighting.

The objective was to design a regional headquarters that functions as both a high-efficiency workspace and a sophisticated showroom for Dahua’s security and smart technology. The challenge lay in integrating complex technical infrastructure into a minimalist, warm architectural aesthetic without exposing the hardware.

The Design Process

Analysis: Workspace flow and ergonomic mapping to balance open-plan collaboration with private executive suites. Strategy: Development of a bespoke acoustic ceiling system using parametric wooden fins to manage sound in the open lobby. Design: Material selection focusing on high-end textures—polished concrete, warm oak, and acoustic wall paneling. Delivery: Turnkey execution including the full integration of Dahua’s smart building systems into the interior architecture.
