The primary challenge was to achieve a sense of complete openness and connection to the outdoors while maintaining absolute privacy within the prestigious, high-density environment of Dubai Hills. We had to engineer a structural solution that supported massive glass spans without compromising the sleek, "weightless" aesthetic of the overhanging rooflines, all while meeting the stringent community aesthetic guidelines.
